Instead of using the weapon Wheel we could use the Command wheel, but in this case anyone would be able to use it but it would only have the transportation command
and for the SLs it would just be added to the regular command wheel

How About Making a Second Seletion Ring? Pressing R2 and Some Unsused Button (one of the directional Buttons on the d-pas i think) will open the Comms Wheel
It Would have all sorts of thing , from Need Ammo, to Cover Me
After activating this things, you would get a Sign over your head that signals what is thatw hat you need, and it goes away after you turn it off , or 30 seconds have passed (to avoid Icon Spam)
