It depends on each persons brain if they notice it or not, certain people have their brain fill in the gaps, others do not get that luxury like me, my brain refuses to compensate :/ so if the game drops my fps by 5 ...i am screwed ...
So one side cant see the diffrence between 20 fps or 60 fps and the other guy can tell the diffrence between 50 and 60, on a Pc game i refuse to play below a stable 60 FPS, ussually i end up at a stable 100 FPS when i am done tweaking the hell out of it :)

So I have been tinkering with some files that should get me some bits of FPS. I am starting to think I should get a new PC, I never knew how good shooters were.
You should download APB Reloaded :) Spend 5$ on an Iceberg pack get the scout sniper and get at it :p

It's not that bad for it's years but it rocks the worst graphics card ever - ATI x1200...

But yeah its safe to say, you need to upgrade that, best is to buy a desktop as those laptops have really horrible cards in them, even the new ones and just buy a 80$ vid card, i always used to buy a budget card and never had much issues, once i bought an Ati 5970 with a dual GPU and that card s*cked so bad it eventually almost burned my pc down when it caught on fire, with 3 days of warranty left i got a 50% refund and got a 680 GTX, but i think after this one, ill go back to a budget card and put it in SLI with another one, much cheaper and still good performance. But i dont care about graphics so i mostly turn everything down anyways.
My friends look at me all weird when they see me game on low rezz :p
