If the overall Logi bonus is changed, then the Amarr Logi's bonus will be the best one IMO.

I run an Amarr Logi as well, thank you very much, and since I've gotten my core skills up, I haven't had to run a PG/CPU upgrade anymore. If you fit it correctly, you will never need one. Hell, I have an Amarr Logi that I would someday like to fit that has an Imperial Scrambler Rifle, Complex Shield Extenders, and Armor Plates.
The bonus would just have a good impact if the bonus was changed (and btw with 1 Complex Repper, you'd rep at 7.5, you forgot to include the 10% Efficacy if you have the Armor Repair skill maxed).

lmao why you so mad? I was saying what it would be with just the Complex repper, no Logi bonus, as the Amarr skill doesn't affect the native repair.
And there is still the +5% per level for Armor Repairers, so if you equipped a Complex Repairer, you'd get the 5, plus the 1.25, plus another 1.25, equalling 7.5. Include the native repair, and you have 12.5 hp/s

i do not see where you are getting the extra 1.25 armor from..1 complex repairer should give you 6.25 armor repp + base 5 so 11.25 ..i could be wrong..i dont get on dust as much anymore ..but as far as i know the amar armor repp bonus does NOT effect the base 5 hps ..or all my amar logi's would be running with 6.25 base over every other logi..(to be honest i think it should be this way)
There are 2 bonuses to Armor Rep mods.
1) The Amarr Logi's bonus
2) The Armor Repair Mod Skill
Each one gives you +5% efficacy to Armor Repair Mods per level, so having each at 5 would give you +1.25 hp/s for a Complex Repair mod, and if you add the native 5 hp/s, you total out at 12.5 hp/s.
