If they are making use of all 7 slots they are most likely running crappy equipment/sidearm/grenades or something, the Amarr Assault needs no buffs.

The imperial is an amazing weapon when used with the Amarr assault. Very little repair on this suit but this thing is a beast if you roll around with a logi frind with even just an std repair tool or rep nanos. How can an Amarr HAV effectively armour tank, like the juggernaut it should be. I cannot have a plate, repper, and hardener on it. Nor can it shield tank.... I have tried all combos this build of dual tanking, not one has thus far been as effective as mono tanking.
