I hate to say it but Ill just point out the facts.
Amarr Heavy HMG is a non factor even at proto level
Amarr assault is the slowest Assault in the game and get the fewest low slots and doesnt get bonus to shield regen
Amarr commando ...need I say more
And now clamoring about taking away the light weapon slot on logis reducing it to sidearm only......

This is because no self-respecting Amarrian would ever touch Minmatar filth. Hence the reason for the current dominance of the allied Caldari forgegun. This is actually working as intended. Amarr HAV will be a poorly balanced dual tanker HAV...lacking the module slots to either armour or shield tank properly. exactly with some low amount of high's and low's and if they come out with a new turret there will be butt hurters screaming about that..
