If they want to make Logi sidearm only they better release so more f*cking sidearms.
I play as an assault class mainly while being cross trained in adv amarr logi. I would not be fully against sidearm only because sidearm weapons are pretty good but i would say having only 3 weapon(Nova knives don't count) choices for a logi would be pretty messed up. There is currently no medium+ range sidearms. they need to release Ion Pistol, Magsec SMG and preferably another sidearm, if and when they plan to make logi sidearm only.
This coming from a true Assault i would feel like logi's would get f*cked over hard without more sidearm variants.
Would you be okay with sidearm logi's if more sidearm's were released first?

No even with more sidearms I don't feel okay with becoming less combat effective. And please don't feed me that BS about how you think I'd still be combat effective with a sidearm.
If you truly believed this, you wouldn't be suggesting the sidearm only idea in the first place. I'm sorry that not every logi you see decides to sit in the back and rep you. If you want to do your team a favor, then you can pick up a gun and stop QQing already.

I never said you would be combat effective you might suck d*ck ether way i said i would still be able to be combat effective with sidearms, i already am proto in two of them. If you only know how to point an AR then spray and pray that's not my problem.
And i don't know what you're pulling the second paragraph out from i am not saying you should be behind me repping me all the time.

The issue comes from the restriction. You may be able to do well with it now, but if seeing a logi suit meant "I know they can't engage me effectively outside 20M", it'd get ugly really quickly. |

That's why i am saying that they need to introduce more sidearm's if they plan on doing this. The Magsec SMG is suppose to be a longer range sidearm. Also if Logi got two sidearm slots that would help them.

Very true and isn't that why most heavies want new weapons or use forgeguns on roofs because everyone knows the HMG's range?
