How Many Players didn't battle for Luminaire?

It was a sort of scripted event complete with immersive backgrounds and environmental effects that had the feeling that you were contributing to something during public matches. It was small, and maybe took, not an insignificant amount of dev time, but I'm wondering who didn't get a chance to see it?
