So you want to re-level all of those core skills again on an alt? You want to abandon a character because CCP wants to bring your chosen dropsuit down to the similar level of your peers? If you're an Assault players that exploited the Logi suit, than deal with it. Did you honestly think that a suit with more CPU/PG, the same amount of high/low slots AND 3 equipment slots was going to fly in this game? All other suits have a balance and sacrifice to them, Logi doesn't have anything that balances out the fact that they got tons of slots and CPU/PG.
If you use a Logi suit for LOGISTICS (i.e.- moving equipment, medic, support, hacking, etc) then you have nothing to fear. They won't change the core intention of the suit. Yes, you have the right to defend and get get kills with the suit which they won't change either, they're just taking away the exploit.
So, don't blame the QQers or CCP; blame the Assault Logis that exploited the suit in the first place. It would be like Barry Bonds complaining that they took his steroids away from him.
I didnt exploit the suit.I used it for team play .You as a LOGI have to skill into alot of equipment to do that efeectivly .If you deminish the suit to only carrying 1 of 4 sidearms its surviveabilty is reduced.It no longer is worth the cost for the proto equipment that it caries.....For those of you who dont know>the logistics suit is suppossed to be the leadership suit of the VET player who has been getting SP since day one.Lots of different options at the cost of a massive amount of SP.

I assume the majority of your spent sp should be useful in your assault role as well when you get your new suit, assuming you don't already have one because i'm at 30 with two suits multiple weapons and all my cores maxed out.
equipment for starters...there will be no need for proto equipment as the Cpu/pg cost is to high for assault suits.

I want to just clarify that I have been using the Amarr dropsuit since uprising released before it had 4 lows..
Since the beginning.....I could've went assault but at the time I wanted to help out my corp mates and play a support logi. I run solo alot and help out blue berries all the time trying to get uplinks into good spots for heavies to spawn in on giving ammo and repping people and occasionally surviving fire fights with my standard weapon with prof.5
If the logi is reduced to side arm only thats all over with....it'll just be about me again ...a number 1
I wont need all that Sp into equipment for playing support..I wont spend that ISK on that suit as far as equipment to be reduced to using a pistol.Not going to happen.
