Yea, it is quite difficult as I am learning. That's exactly what I'm thinking as well, that the changes to FW could help jumpstart this. I was hoping that a corporation would be created before the new FW makes an appearance. That would help in getting everyone acclimated to the various playstyles and see where we could improve to dominate in FW. We need a corporation that is voice and representation of Caldari in the FW. Not just random guys jumping in with random squads.

If we lead, they will follow.

It is also difficult for serious players to commit when we will have to use the pub matches to fund the cause for our mercenaries. I do know we will get LPs but still ISK needs to be generated. I feel a pub match is a pub match but some serious RP mercenaries could have a different perspective than I. Maybe the pub matches fund us until we get good working with each other and then we shift to PC for the glory of the State?

I have a corporation I would like to join but after seeing your thread Jane and another who is looking for the same thing, I held off to see if I can try just one more time to get this up and running. If somehow we can get a corporations assimilated into one for Caldari FW.

Understandable. But we need another corporation with a different approach. I do commend Dead Six on their efforts and salute them but honestly, not too many folks know about them. Plus, it seems that Dead Six is more of a secret society. Meaning, only a few are allowed into the ranks.

I would prefer a corporation that welcomes all Caldari who are interested in fighting for our State. No matter the skill level, SP, and KDR.

But I say that without excluding Dead Six from the idea. That's just my opinion on the perspective. We need a force. A face of the Caldari that everyone knows.

Again, just throwing some perspectives out there to get down to a base idea.

But could it be argued that it is somewhat needed? To prevent what happens all too much with other corporations? I believe you and few others who have spoken here don't need it all. Not everybody maintains the proper decorum within corporations though. Of course I'm not trying to turn it into Stalin's dream but I do believe some order and discipline is needed or we will just be another "good dream but no execution" corp who crushes itself under its own weight.

Let me try and help things along here. I was raised on a backwater Ishukone Colony on the border of Black Rise and Lonetrek. I was trained how to fight by my father's First Mate, An old Brutor man who was a veteran of the Amarr/Minmatar Wars. I came from humble beginnings and applied to be a test subject for the "Clone Soldier" trials Ishukone was having. Three of us survived the implantation process from a pool of three hundred.

I say all of this not to put on airs, nor to talk myself up. Rather I say all of this as an example. If I, a poor and not very well educated fisherman, can rise to become the CEO of a Corporation then why can we not rise to greater heights. The Saani Sabik (Branch of the Blood Raiders) taught me to be the best that I possibly can be. Why then not can the Soldiers of the State do the same? We are Caldari. We were taught from birth that if it means forwarding the goals of our Megacorporations then nothing was to high a price.

Unless I am mistaken we are all Caldari. We were all raised to become masters of both back room politics and the martial forms. Let us not squabble between ourselves over petty things such as leadership or direction. We already have those things. Our leaders are the CEO's of our Respective Megacorporation and the Board of Directors of the State. Our Goal is to make a profit for the State.

It doesn't matter if we are one corp or legion. We are all Caldari. We are all Members of the State. And it is under that banner we should rally. My men are ready to strike out for the glory of the State when they are needed. I hope everyone else present feels the same.

We Gallente are working you guys over like red headed step children. I honestly think I've won like a 100 FW battles in a row. Most being redlines within a minute or two.

Just trying to stir things up, but seriously it seems like 80-90% of the Caldari teams are random solo players.

I do believe setting up a chat amongst Corp Leaders for any faction is a wise Idea. Organization is key and figuring out common stratagems is a key placement. Corps leaders should discuss how to plan out battle and such. An IDEA (to get gears rolling) of this is listing corps, numbering them in two separate sequences (or however many different objective maps there are like 4 objective and 5 objective) and give the numbers a certain objective to target, whether that be distance to spawn for the larger maps, or left or right from the spawn for certain 4 objectives.

This idea has several key flaws BUT, discussing it keeps corps from drifting, unified in defenses and knowledgeable in what their current goals are. We can go how it is with HOOPING that other groups can do their job for the win, OR, we can give pre determined goals to these groups so that if no comms can be set in time we have a basic guideline setup and it keeps everyone united against the enemy force. Now surely with my posting this other groups will begin similar ideas but alas, here is my 2 ISK, and I would like to APOLOGIZE if somebody has already stated similar ideas and I ended up skimming it. I do know a chat was to be setup but as far as anything else I said I don't know.
