My personal opinion on what should be done
1) We need EVE Support, and thus Eve based corps, so the first thing to do would be to find out who they are and their history
"Providence Guard" threw out there name here so we should probably look to see how stable they along with other EVE Cal FW Corps. Eve Players have the ability to screw over dust players majorly, so EVE side research is important.
2) Just one Corporation would be a bad idea because that makes infiltration that much easier, too many is not that great either but something along the lines of 5-10 corps would be manageable, we would operate under a single alliance.
3) We should identify ourselves with the alliance more so than our corps for the larger message and solidarity
Essentially, we need a list of 5-10 non allied Caldari FW Corps that we need to establish as the go to corporation for all Caldari Loyalists
One of those corporations needs to be a recruiter corporation, where we get psn ids, roles, teamwork evals, etc, which the other corporations recruit from, this allows us follow players and make it harder for awoxing.
Naming should not be democratic, if you want to see a bad example of that just look at what happened to the Gallente FW Channel naming, it literally broke them up in 3 different channels. Instead, someone just needs to pick an alliance name that fits the lore and that's that.
So going back to what I said earlier, we should focus on listing our 5-10 corps we want to represent, and we need stable eve support to support all 5-10 corps.
We ourselves, can create the lax/general "recruitment corp", that is easy enough, but which 5-10 established caldari corps do we want to designate as the go to corps? That should be based on which is most eager to do so and which has the most available resources.
1) 2) 3) ....
You get the idea, we just need to fill in that list, probably need to test them out and see how they handle new players as well.

Great input Oz. Thank you for bringing some thoughts to the table that needs to be considered.
Sidenote: I have no connection to EVE. Meaning, I don't know anybody who plays that game, so definitely I wouldn't be the guy to be able to discern in the pilot is for the good of the State or just someone to undo what is to be created.
Templis Dragonaors Dust Contact: Jacques Cayton II
Lokun Listamenn Dust Contact: Mechoj Nomreps
Test dust Contact: ??? (plenty of them in caldari hierarchy though)
I'm kind of torn here or fumbling in ignorance, there are a lot of factors to consider. I'd be nice to to talk to a few reps since these guys our outside of our knowledge and do not belong to us, we do need permission before repping something we don't belong to, and they may in fact operate under principles we don't agree with, and alliances are somewhat elusive from each other.

was able to talk to Mechoj Nomreps last night, I didn't have all my thoughts organized though, still got good information. Still need to talk with the others in regards to possible alliance coalitions
We probably should talk about where we want this to go too and how we want to funnel other cal loyalists

I suppose you know the widely used one or perhaps, the most known one, which is called Caldari Hierarchy. The other one, I would have to consult the creator first for I stated I would clear it with them first. I see no problems with you joining though, just got to get the clearance. I actually didn't know about that chat but thank you for informing me. I'm sitting in there now being boggled by the number of people I believe its a start up, separate from Oz's. Yeah, there are many folks in there. Not all are loyalist to the Caldari so i would be mindful of what you say in there.
I started Caldari Hierarchy to shape things up for the fw rewards they were giving back then, we will soon be working on securing a new monitored channel in the future, similar to how pie upgraded to a more secure channel. So understand that Caldari Hierarchy might become absolute if things work correctly.

True Adamance wrote:Famine Walker wrote:I do believe setting up a chat amongst Corp Leaders for any faction is a wise Idea. Organization is key and figuring out common stratagems is a key placement. Corps leaders should discuss how to plan out battle and such. An IDEA (to get gears rolling) of this is listing corps, numbering them in two separate sequences (or however many different objective maps there are like 4 objective and 5 objective) and give the numbers a certain objective to target, whether that be distance to spawn for the larger maps, or left or right from the spawn for certain 4 objectives.
This idea has several key flaws BUT, discussing it keeps corps from drifting, unified in defenses and knowledgeable in what their current goals are. We can go how it is with HOOPING that other groups can do their job for the win, OR, we can give pre determined goals to these groups so that if no comms can be set in time we have a basic guideline setup and it keeps everyone united against the enemy force. Now surely with my posting this other groups will begin similar ideas but alas, here is my 2 ISK, and I would like to APOLOGIZE if somebody has already stated similar ideas and I ended up skimming it. I do know a chat was to be setup but as far as anything else I said I don't know. Good idea....but Cal Militia Space Side is notoriously fractious.....do any corps actually work together?
It is, so far the plan is to try to organize with 3 alliance so far 16k members total if everything works out. Working on schedules right now, hoping to increase it one alliance at a time as to keep to keep things stable.
Will start working with Dreddit to get their thoughts

we need more pilots, we need squads to switch to team chat upon deployment or Tuesday will be a blueberry bloodbath even if we get pilot support an orbital strike on a friendly squad that is not communicating is going to cost us effective players.
Caldari Hierarchy would be for those who are interested or are solo, and the private channel would be for registered corps/alliances

Certinly between us we can more than fund any cost involved in making a new corp as I don't believe you can rename a corp with members in it.
A head count of the people that wish to be involved in the council would be greatly appreciated ( Arck, Madson, Greywatch, and myself ,I would assume are in).
Does anyone know of a Capsuleer that would be interested ( with the required skills ) to become our Ghost/ 5th council member ?
Luna has an eve toon through I think she recently joined providence guard, you might want to talk to her still regardless because she is pretty dedicated

Leading small groups into battle is almost second nature, but first and foremost I am a warrior. I have been since my youth when my days were spent hauling up fishing nets with my father and learning how to fight from his first mate.
But when things get this large I tend to get out of touch, to many variables involved you see. So I return to what I know, patching up my wounded and creating more wounded for the enemy to deal with.
All this to say I apologize for my absence this last week in our growing community. I am still committed to the cause but I must confess that I am at a bit of a loss as to the direction our original venture is taking. The original creators of the Kirjuun Heiian need to meet again, as do I feel the newcomers to the fold, so that those like myself who have been caught up in the busyness of life might get a better understanding of what all is happening within our beloved State. And more importantly what we can do to continue the glory that it holds.
We do need to meet up again, I will be sending out mails tomorrow/today to schedule the day. The 28th there is going to be an informal caldari push in Kirjuun Heiian, so try to make it. While I don't agree with suicide squads someone else is organizing them tomorrow to make it easier to obtain cal wins.
For the meeting I think it will be pivotal that we recognize our higher wp scoring players, because I have learned a lot from these few weeks and have found quite a few dedicated caldari units as well as gallente spies, which I have used to discover pilot locations in fw.
I think a creation of a more discreet and invite only channel would be beneficial, particularly those who pull their weight, not that the channel will be full all the time but the peeps in there are your highly valued players, which we break down the hierarchy of discreet channel, kirjuun heiian, and then caldari hierarchy

Real bad. We also need to recognize the vets and get them on a list. They could help the newer players and real good squads could be made.
I have no qualms with that, the main point is for a more private channel, particularly for strong squad formations.
