(This part is for Luna Angelo as opposed to Luna Pryde) I fight with the Caldari, but I'm a Seperatist, I prefer staying with my Corp, but will fight alongside any who fight the Gallente.
(OK, now I will post in the guise of Luna Pryde, my EVE Pilot. She's a Loyalist and wants the best for the Caldari.) I am a relatively new pilot, only been a Capsuleer for a couple of days, but I was born Civire. I want to fight for the Caldari. I'm in the newcomers' corp and am looking for a good corporation who is in the Caldari State Militia. Any help? Also, I will provide what Orbital Support I can, but you must remember, I am an inexperienced pilot.

Maybe Jacques Cayton can help you along? ((OOC: I was IC, but I also need help with PLEX. Also, do you know the best part of both characters being called Luna? No matter which character I'm on, you call me Luna, it's true. lol) Pryde: I will remember that. As a newcomer ((OOC: In trial)) pilot, I can't enlist. I need help in that respect, too.

Sorry if I'm confusing you, mate, I need to get used to the idea that one of my characters doesn't give 2 craps about this stuff, and one does. The other three are extensions of Angelo. (Yes, 4 mercs and a capsuleer.)

I know Pryde is the one more aligned to my cause than Angelo. Right clicked and saved. But both are Caldari and both fight Caldari. One just has a Corp that fights for ALL the factions, she, however is in the Caldari squad within the corp. I called it the Corporate Legion, but I have the Peacekeeper (Amarr), Freedom Fighters (Matari), and Federal Marine Corps. (Gallente)
Pryde on the other hand is the one that is in the Caldari Militia, or will be soonish. That's all that I will say OOC. For now.

Pryde: I will gladly help out with the corporation idea. Just shoot me a mail when you get a chance and we'll see what we can do. Ku Shala told me about it and I got my skill started, will continue training it as time goes on. The thing is, we'll need to be careful who we make Directors on the EVE side, as they can buy shares and, potentially, steal the corp. Or worse, clean out the wallet and book it. The second is the same on the DUST side. I trust everyone here, as I have dropped OS's for all of you (except Micheal) and all that.
As CEO, I will just have the power of decision, basically, on votes that are tied 2-2, I get the final vote, is that correct? Or am I reading this wrong?

As CEO, I will just have the power of decision, basically, on votes that are tied 2-2, I get the final vote, is that correct? Or am I reading this wrong? Glad you brought that up!! I completely forgot about that. I read about that somewhere on this forums where devs said if you make an EVE player CEO, they can buy share and steal the corp. And you're powerless to stop it. I need to find that info again. Pryde: Couple of things before I forget. About this point, it's not just the CEO, but the directors, as well. We just have to watch the shares and see what happens. Besides, I wouldn't give another Capsuleer the position, anyways. We need someone you guys know, someone who plays both EVE and DUST, and I'm the obvious choice.
The only other thing is remembering that a lot of the chatter you'll see among us Capsuleers don't affect you guys. Even if I joined the Militia with the corp, you can't see the Militia chat. And the biggest thing is OS support. You can ask in KH chat for OS support if no one is online, or, if someone is online, you can ask in the Corp/Alliance (if we decide on an Alliance) channels.
Just remember, while I'm online, I'll drop OS's myself and we'll take the fight to the Gallentes. If you fight for the Amarr... well, you need to find other Capsuleers to back you. We will be too far away and stuff. Thank you for the consideration and happy hunting. o7

Pryde: One last thing: EVE skills work differently that DUST skills. Ours is not "you get the SP's and use it all at the same time to get the skill", it's time-based. I can train a skill while offline, but it will take TIME. Example: When I first got the Corporation Management skillbook, it took 8 minutes, almost 9, to train to level one. So, it might take me several days to max out my skills. Also, I can't do more than put a skill down if I have a all 24 of the next hours used. I can do something like 30 min, 1hr, 2:30, 8hr, 3days, but nothing more than that. Of course, some skills take longer than 3 days, I saw a rumor of a 60 day skill, so there is that.
So, with that, I will train the Corp skills as fast as I can, but it will take time. I will tell you when I'm capped out.
Also, one last thing: Are we going to join an Alliance? Or make our own? Or simply join the Militia? That is something I will need to know as "CEO", since I can do all three. I will join the Militia with the corp, regardless, for our Capsuleers, but the other two need answering, at least. For the State. o7

As far as it concerns us, the State can be our Alliance for a bit. The problem is, you won't see the chatter. So you'll never know when we have OS support. I, on the other hand, will. With an Alliance, I can probably get more people from EVE in, as well. It all depends on what people need.
EDIT: Also, there are people on the EVE forums that are in NPC corps that want to fight Caldari, and trial users that'll need a community. So, I think Alliance is good, but not required. For the State. o7

Pryde: I tried to find the corp in the EVE client, but there is no way. No advertisement. I'm trying to figure out a way to do it, but it'll take me a bit.
I'm also training the base Corp skill to 5, but it won't be done for another 5d 22h 30m 5s. I will be able to have 50 members through that skill alone. This will be followed by Megacorp which adds another 250. Then Empire control, which adds 1000, then Sovereignty which will add 5000. That's with them maxxed. So, altogether I can have 6300 people beneath me. That is quite an army. This is opposed to the 1200 or so people that Mercs can control. For the State. o7

Even while reading the latest skillbook manually ((actually it's Stephen King's book about the JFK assassination, "11/22/63")), I was thinking about this and it just struck me like a bolt of lightning. Kirjuun Heiian is already powerful enough and close-knit enough to be an Alliance, it's just missing that formality. So, make it a formal Alliance and all that. People would rally to our cause if we did this, I think, and bring entire corporations into the fold, so we can have people doing all the stuff needed in EVE and DUST, explorers, miners, FW capsuleers, Planetary Conquest capsuleers, FW mercs, PC mercs, even industrial, making ships and such. It would make this much easier and we can one day be as powerful, if not more, than the major Alliances, like TEST, RofL, and EoN.

I was choosen to be cloned before my sister, therfore been o member of Dust longer. Once my sister was cloned, her battlefield merits where becoming noticed by multiple Eve and Dust corperations looking to make their mark in New Eden.I decided to take a back seat and enjoy my sisters sucess. 17 months later, Jane came to me and asked me to no longer live in her very large shadow, but to step forward and do what i was chosen to do, Wage war upon any who thearten our beloved State. DLND will always be advailble to the Kirjuun Heiian alliance to be used in anyway they see fit. We will always be a corperation serving the state's intrest. John Madson, CEO, DLND Pryde: John, if I may ask, if a Capsuleer were to be able to bring you into an Alliance like the one posted in this thread, would you be willing to step down temporarily? Only Eve characters who are CEO's can put corps in one.

For the State Pryde: I will see if I can do that when the time comes. If not, I'll find another capsuleer to do it.

Pryde: If I may? Since I'm coming on with a keyboard, perhaps Michael can type up the description here? I'll copy-paste onto the Corporation description when I come in. It'll be quicker than him using the on-screen keyboard. Unless he has a USB keyboard, in which case, nevermind.

Jacques Cayton II wrote:Michael Arck wrote:Nemo Nauticlone wrote:Quick question here. Who exactly is in charge of this new corp? and or how will it be managed in the future? As it stands, we have three members and a tie breaker to guide the direction of the corporation. As the corporation grows, I want to add to that, go no more than over 7 guys. I want to select good, honest players who understand the vision that we are expressing for the benefit of the corporation. This "council" or "coalition" will be the ones who decide on priority decisions, such as FW, tax, when we fight, who we assist and such. Any "loaning" of money must be cleared with this council. Transactions must go through the treasurer. Directors are our visionaries and our leaders. If the coalition is the voice, the Directors are the body of that voice. They will take responsibility in guiding our men and women of the State in training in the tactical and procedural guidelines of war. If the director wants to schedule a time with players for training efforts, he is to gather intel from the members and conduct training drills on days planned. The Director will be our FCs. So commands will be given. For instance, the director might say, "break and bake" meaning squad can now split and begin wreaking havoc. "Dodge and Blob" can be for when we need to stay in tight and just blob our competition. So they will be our squad leads. I hope to build squads within the corporation. In a perfect world, I see Squad A with designated members, Squad B and so forth. This further promotes team cohesion. I would like to eventually builds towards that kind of set up. We need a personnel guy. One who is good with people and able to bring in good players into the corporation. He needs to have a clear focus of what type of Caldari loyalist we are looking for. The truth of the matter is, not everybody will fall into the chemistry and chemistry is very important when dealing with our situation. You can say he's our PR guy. Of course with time, we will modify as we see fit. But the former paragraphs are just some of the idea that I have for the building of the corporation. It must act like a corporation with that of a military discipline which will help fortify our strength against the enemy Gallente. I hope with formality and ladder leadership system, we can prevent in fighting and lessen the possibility of awoxers. I fully believe that must be in place before anything. It must be uniformed. I like the idea but your corporation sounds more and more against the Caldari way. You have adopted a Gallente way of democracy. Their needs to be one clear leader who is appointed by a board of directors not a council. We are also here to fight the Caldari not make friends. I respect your efforts but what you have done is against our beliefs. Pryde: That is a dictatorship, what we have is an oligarchy. Which is not a democracy.

And a place where people can squad up, because i'm getting pretty sick of lone wolfing it to be honest. I would suggest joining a already established corporation. We are building ours, OUKH but to be honest it wouldn't be going in the direction that it would have without the assistance of our great directors. It was by chance that met with these guys and we combined to create the corporation we have today. With that said, it might work out for you but if you wish, you can join our public comm channel OUKH. Also Kirjuun Heiian is a comm channel dedicated to Caldari. You can email me in game if you have any questions. We are accepting applications. Building a corporation takes time and dedication but we will get there. Join us. Pryde: While I decided that OUKH was not for me, they are a good group of people. And they are loyal to the cause. You would do well to join them. For the State. o7
