well I'm am not sure how alliance work dust side but some kind of mass alliance is in order. corporations will want to maintain independence in this fight and mass corps seem to have huge political problems.
we need to form platoons in secured channels comprised of the willing and trusted mercs fighting for our faction. leadership must be assigned and commanders need to reconise the players they can work well with.
additionally caldari hierarchy is not locked and is filled with more spies than loyalists. pilots cannot prform support without locations being comprimised and this is a huge problem that must be adressed before the limitation of orbital support to pilots. pilots and infantry both need to be voiced on the same channels to reduce the delays in orbital strikes to prevent off target strikes and eliminate friendly strike kills.
we need the infantry playerbase interesed in fighting this war to start practacing now and becoming familiar with the players involved. all differences aside Its hard to cordinate 2-3 squads right now as the interest in factional seems low currently or players are unwilling to work with players not in their corporation community
financial support from the eve side from megacorps could intice structure by forcing financial dictatorship.

I dont want to speak for dreddit / subdreddit but I know for fact that caldari faction is their pursuit (exf test friends). there will also be a large army joining the fight which I will leave unnamed as i've already said too much.
a single corp is not going to work and limiting the alliance to a small number of corps could be a mistake because smaller corps may have different agendas aside from factional.
I have been advertising this discusion verbally on the hierachy channel as well as hosting a private more secure channel for pilots.so hopefully we see a lot more involvement in this discussion.
solo pilots are not working we need larger groups (small fleets) and more squads participating
coming from the largest corporation in dust I know that only a small number of players use the forums so I personally have been trying to invite any participants from my open factional squads to hierarchy as well as pursuade infantry to our cause no matter the skill or corporation. I do this daily with help but more voices and more squads on that channel would surley help

corporations fighting for more than one faction (aside from Amarr) should be put on a watch list and kept separate from any private channels.
we need more pilots, we need squads to switch to team chat upon deployment or Tuesday will be a blueberry bloodbath even if we get pilot support an orbital strike on a friendly squad that is not communicating is going to cost us effective players.

I'm either willing to donate my corp to the cause or start a new corp. being the only way to properly police true loyalist army. I doesnt have to be just one corp but the 100 unorganised corps is not working on the field since it doesnt matter how many WP you earn if you cant hold objectives you can't win.

Its like your reading my mind. when/ if a training corp is involved I would like it to be a goal for the academy mercs to be in the "elite" corp with some kind of benifit like a lower / no tax rate. Also allowing players that are experienced (have enough skill points to build effective suits and have basic understanding of combat ) and loyal rather than only the best. Eventually numbers will be part of the game too. If the Gallantes cannot match the number of mercs deploying they will lose ground.
I only hope CCP has better merc data accessible in the future so you can see loyalty points and othe important data when hiring mercs.
The Ghost CEO is an excellent idea and a corporation could greatly benifit from an EVE side holder. As metion before they have more options for control and with corporation growth can make locked mutual voice channels between the "Academy" Corp and the "Main". Maybe the CEO postion could be given to someone who plays on both EVE and 514.
One detail that is very important to me is that any money that is collected from tax if any is somehow benifitting the corporation and its contributers and not lining somebodys personal pocket.

the council doesn't need to be restricted to numbers as long as its uneven, we can vote in pairs council members as required.
Certinly between us we can more than fund any cost involved in making a new corp as I don't believe you can rename a corp with members in it.
A head count of the people that wish to be involved in the council would be greatly appreciated ( Arck, Madson, Greywatch, and myself ,I would assume are in).
Does anyone know of a Capsuleer that would be interested ( with the required skills ) to become our Ghost/ 5th council member ?

I don't think 10% tax would be unreasonable until we have a good bank, I would like to be able to fund skillbooks and heavy battle losses in the near future. our founders may be able to kick start the wallet with a few million each?
SooN Gäó (we will have to moniter the wallet) a smaller tax rate on days that are played less to encourage more players to come online, and no tax on days we have heavy factional warfare battles to help replenish our troops wallet.
