Firstly, I am posting this in the war room because I think general is the trash of trash. Many who post in the War Room are consistent PC players or those who have at least taken part. I may not like you or agree with your opinion, but I honestly and wholeheartedly respect you for playing Dust 514 at its most competitive stage. Secondly I just like to start off by saying, that I honestly never thought this day would come. I hate to admit it but I am arguably one of the biggest Dust 514 Fanbois. To the point that last year I went all the way to Iceland to support a game that was still in Beta. I love the politics, drama, and gun on gun action that this game offers; however... enough is enough.
So why did I quit?
Honestly, up until Nov 14th I had absolutely no intention of quitting Dust 514. I had even built a roadmap of suits and weapons I wanted to skill up, two months in advance. However, come Nov 15th when I received my PS4 I came to the following conclusions:
1. Dust 514's potential will never be achieved on the PS3
2. I refuse to support/play a game that is supposed to be revolutionary, yet at the same time supposedly "laser focused" on out-dated tech  .
3. Majority of my friends have moved to next Gen.
4. BF4 is really fun lol 
To just hammer the point one last time, I can handle poor weapon/equipment balance; I can handle the poor graphics/Frame rate; and I can handle the slow development process. What I cannot handle is repeatedly being told by Devs/Players that I just need to let this game develop, when this FU*CKING game is "Laser Focused" or being developed for PS3.
To the players who continue to play this game
I salute you o7 ! My only advice is that you don't give CCP any slack until this game is AAA worthy. I wholeheartedly believe it will be PC play that will weed out the exploits and imbalances, so continue waring and abusing

I had some really fun times on this game and its kinda disheartening that its time to quit. If/when this game ever comes to PS4 I will definitely pick it up again. Even if it is still SH^T. Until then...
