OP needs to read this sentence very carefully... and probably multiple times considering how poor his reading comprehension is.
Nerfs will happen. They will happen to your favorite weapon, module, grenade, and dropsuit. Accept that right now. Have you accepted it yet? Yes? Okay.
You are now a more flexible, adaptive mercenary. You are more deadly than before because you know how adjust your tactics and playstyle around the current state of the game. For you nerfs are a minor inconvenience at best.
With your newfound acceptance of nerfs you will scoff at the notion of a respec. Respecs are for the weak. Respecs are for those who cannot adapt to change. Right? Right.
BPOs, in their current state, negatively effect the economy. I say that as a someone who bought the elite pack.

I wasn't being a **** though. Sorry if it came across as ****-ish, but that was not the tone of my post.

This is the fit I run 9 out of 10 matches: STD caldari assault, assault rifle, SMG, grenade. ADV shield extenders in my highs. MIL cardiac regulator and STD armor reppe in my lows. I never run prototype gear.
So no, I am not a "protostomping scrub." My K/d usually fluctuates between 1.0 and 3.0. I do well for myself, but I am far from amazing at this game. I welcome new and better competition. Competition means challenge and a challenge keeps me interested.

You can't type =BALANCEGAME into the formula bar in MS excel, dump some data in the file, then presto balance happens. It takes hundreds of player hours, watching data trends, etc. Even with all those hours of testing a developer will add a new item (like a dropsuit) into a game that is too powerful for one reason or another. The solution isn't to buff every other item, it is to make the overpowered item sit at the same level as everything else. This is a nerf. If you really can't see how this has to happen sometimes then you are naive.
No paid respecs without massive SP penalties.
