The vehicle tree is horrible.

As regards the first three, there are more important things for the devs to work on before they get to these. Like, for example, pve and better eve interaction

I had a quick look at the vehicle skill tree today whilst I was playing and it seemed fine to me, of course I don't use vehicles so I could have been missing something.

And the Locker room thread isn't really something I feel able to comment on as it's unlikely that I'll get to fanfest any time soon and even if I did, my social anxiety would make it unlikely that I would be interested in playing themed laser tag with what essentially is a whole lot of complete strangers. However the basic idea doesn't seem too bad. Would probably be a hell of a lot of work to pull it off though and I'd rather that CCP put that effort into Eve and Dust personally.
