I own several and I would have told you to take your whiny business elsewhere.
You're just a whiny child who has never been told no. Get over it. You have no legal action, nor any legal recourse against CCP. All you are doing is being an attention *****.
As for another saying they legally cant remove BPO's from Merc packs, Sorry, but you're wrong. They can if they so decide and you have no legal leg to stand on there either.
It's funny how many whiny posts the OP has made on this subject. Guess what. You're no more special than anyone else who has been affected by changes, updates, etc.
Just because YOU don't find anything of value on the market doesn't make it CCP's fault. They are giving you a return on your investment. Don't like it, stop investing and go elsewhere. Go back to your P2W game model.

I never said "owned", I said own, as in currently. So sorry you fail at reading.
Funny you think I need to calm down, yet you're the one who fails to understand you have no leg to stand on and had to make up a BS story about consumer agencies and suing CCP.
Your thought on why they are removing BPO's in regards to "they dcided to change how vehicles work" is about as in depth as your threats of taking any action against CCP.
They are removing them to balance vehicles that still remain broken. Much like they did because a bunch of whiny QQ brats cried over the Cal Logi suits that were then changed. Where was the compensation for that?
NO ONE EVER said the item was permanent and was never going to be removed from the game. The use of the word permanent in the BPO's refers to the fact they do not consume on use, but your lack of comprehension fails to understand this concept.
Since the EULA specifically says they can remove things as they see fit at any time blah, blah.... then there is nothing you can do or say to change it. Live with it. Dust is an ever growing entity and as such will continue to change and have things removed, added, edited, etc as they see fit to make the game rounded and avoid the Pay to Win scenario which you are crying for.
Your whole argument is the equivalent of a child laying on the shopping center floor kicking and screaming because he didn't get the toy he wants. What needs to happen now is Mom/Dad ( a.k.a CCP ) needs to come along and tan than ass and be done with it.
