Okay firstly who doesn't want it. Second caldari scout bonus 5% sniper rifle dmg per lvl or sprint speed 3% per lvl. Let's make it real. |

The bonuses would be different. Probably -5% Scan Profile per level, to counter the Gallentes superior scanning technology.

All racial dropsuit variants, including Caldari lights/scouts are planned, and CCP even showed the concept art. I hate the bonus idea though.

yeah, like KAGEHOSHI said, it's all planed. and yes i like the sniper skill bonus idea. All the current sniper rifles use caldari technology, however the profile dampening makes absolutely no sense considering shields make you much more visible, and speed isn't the Caldari thing because they aren't known for being fast, their known for their quick recovery of shields.

While loads better than what the OP suggested, I'd say having a precision bonus would be useful as a high dampening decloaking unit (aka anti scout)
Essentially this is what I eventually want precision to become
1) Decloaking heavily dampened Scouts who are using the cloaking equipment
As a minor role it can then work as a counter to highly dampened cloaked units, remember cloaks don't protect you from scanning, they just make you physically invisible, so a higher precision stat than the cloaking unit would essentially render the cloak useless when in scan radius.
2) The major aspect of precision would be applied to Tacnet Jammers, while the equipment themselves will apply a range of effects, the ability to reach targets will be based off of suits precision stat beating our their profile stat, since you can't infect what you can't electronically target.
Equipment: TacNet Jammer
Turns off the mini map, turns off IFF (identify friend foe) indicators, prevents calling in of vehicles or strikes, prevents squad orders. Further levels into the equipment allows it to apply more effects
3) Also similar to how computer viruses are rendered harmless when your computer is able to identify and isolate the rogue program, the precision stat could also be the ewar resistance stat.

I like your idea, but can you kindly explain what does the precisison enchanter do? |

Which means once cloaks come out precision will be very useful especially if we are seeing cloaked scouts.
The other items I listed in my first post how I eventually want precision to be used, essentially for ewar and ewar resistance.

That is correct. It shows the enemies on your mini map and puts red arrows above them when you look around, as long as your precision beats out their profile signature (dampening)
