Not trying to be 'that guy', but Planetside 2 has a VR training area, where you can outfit your characters and vehicles however you want and play around. Map is scattered with enemy mannequins that regenerate. It makes sense to have a test area when sp cost means weeks of grinding in order to build skills.
This game leaves a sour taste in your mouth when you feel you have wasted sp.

Similar firing range to Mass Effect 3's (****** game lore and story wise but that's besides the point) which would allow you to fire on target dummies (medium base frame stats from all 4 races with no modules since there are no damage resists between frame sizes) after you stop firing / hit a designated button you get a screen showing your total damage, bullets fired, time spent firing and damage per bullet.
Distance to a dummy would also be adjustable from 0 to 1000 meters or something like that.
This could be a nice addition but not all that necessary at this time.
Should you pay for the dummies though, like 100 ISK for a single dummy? :D
