Yes they save clones yes they help save suits for my buddy.
But A) most my buddies are super $$$$ and B) Yesterday I noticed MOST of the death around me except 1 were clone terminations. So I carried an injector to save ONE guy? (tactically it was a good thing at that part of the match I rezzed him but still for ONE rez?)
Is it economical to have one? Why not carry somethign that may be used more often?
Especailly since most nades and forge gun spam clone terminate.
From a logistics point of view they are useless. 90% of the time your guys are grenaded or headshot in PC. You'll waste a slot on a 3-equip slot suit. And on 4-equip slot suit you'll lose your advantage.
uplinks, ammo, rep-hive, scanner <-- if you're not assigned to a reps uplinks, rep-hive/ammo, six kin repair tool, scanner <--- if you're assigned to reps

I hate to disagree with you, but if you're using a clone pack this does not require you to change your suit setup for a needle. It requires you to have better tactics in how you approach the battle. A needle isn't going to save you, but dying less altogether will save you.

Triage hives are the most effective equipments next to uplinks in PC. even when you're not there players can run through them if you scatter them correctly and get health. If you put them behind cover when the player is between firefights they can make use of the quick reps.
The trick is to get those down in key areas and also use your dual repair tool to make them even more effective.

Yeah not every corp has 60m its all or nothing and if you think you can win by hiding I'd like to see that against a good pc corp if they are defending...some corps just started and would rather win on one clone pack sorry but I don't see your idea working very well when you have to hold 3 objectives to win maybe on a good forge roof map then maybe otherwise no
Our corporation definitely is not among the wealthy corps. And you can do it against the better PC corps, but it's all about tactics and how you approach the battle. We've had ample experience going in with clone packs trying to flip districts to get INTO PC. Now that we finally have a district, using a clone pack is miserable! But still, using nanite injectors is useless because people get grenaded and insta-killed. I promise you it can be done without those. :)
