We have all seen the crisscrossing half circles that designates the Amarr. Though, did you know that the symbol derives from an ancient religion that was active before the Amarrian Faith?
It was originally two complete circles with a diamond shape fitting perfectly in the common area of the two circles. There was also an equilateral triangle, the same length from tip to base as the diamond, perfectly positioned in the middle, just as the diamond.
When I talked to a priest of my Order, he showed me the following text, which had been translated from an original source:
How the Vesica Pisces Explains the Arrow of Time
The Vesica Pisces is two circles overlapping one another each representing a spontaneous dimensional expansion out of its original state of the Oneness as represented by the original circle. As the observer observes (or becomes GÇ£awareGÇ¥ of itself through spontaneous dimensional expansion) a very significant event occurs that establishes the permanent arrow of time created by the polarity of the observer and the observed because one must always follow the other in a very definite sequence.
The Observer (God) always comes first, followed by the observed (Creation), and coincidentally, the two GÇ£OGÇÖsGÇ¥ in the Vesica Pisces are like overlapping initials GÇ£O.O.GÇ¥ standing for both the Observer and the Observed.
Time therefore always goes forward in this sequence of the GÇ£onenessGÇ¥ followed by the GÇ£twonessGÇ¥ (duality of the observer and observed) creating a universal polarity of space, all logical sequences, the thermodynamic arrow of time, and the universal order of creation itself. This is why time (the universal flow of energy) never goes backward, and why time is basically asymmetric and not always symmetric, and why the whole universe is always expanding and never contracting.
The universal vibration started by the original separation from the Oneness is so intense that it causes all space to have an ever-expanding sub-atomic quantum energy texture or pattern which sustains all things in creation. Atoms could not be sustained without this quantum energy, the electrons vibrating around every atom would simply collapse into the nucleus, which in turn (being a vibration of the quantum texture of space) would dissipate into nothing.
All living organisms, including the human form are sustained by this cosmic (dark) energy.
This ancient religion seems to be far more scientific and literal then contemporary religions of today. It also strikes me as odd that they reference Atoms. Why were these people so well educated on this? Modern historians say that the Atom was discovered no earlier then a few hundred years before space travel in every civilization that achieved it. So how did these people know about this? Is it possible that this religion was Terran in origin?
This must be deliberated upon further.

Well, considering the Empress has stated that she used a weapon of Terran descent, I don't believe the notion of Terrans is as silly as it used to be.

We were already denounced twice by the council. The Acumen Order, the sect I am a part of, is merely the second spiritual successor of a line of abstract thinking aristocrats and theologians. The first free thinking school was formed after the death of Dano Gheinok. It was an order of sorts where early theologians could express non canon views. Though was dismantled centuries later by the Theological Council, as they saw the order as heretical for their beliefs. The order then became secret. It was not officially restarted until the Udorians were conquered. They were soon after destroyed once again, when a member failed the trust of his brothers, by revealing the order to the Council.
The modern Order is far more secret and with far less members.

And when did she say this to a heretic like you or any of your ilk. I doubt you even know anyone who has seen the Empress before, let alone someone who has been let into her private councils and one who might be privy to her more personal thoughts. Your credibility is certainly lacking if you believe some fairytail nonsense about these Terrans you go on about.
The evidence is all over outer space. Even the ancient verification method of carbon dating shows that there are artifacts that existed before any of the primal civilizations we have discovered.

So the question is an obvious one, why did these civilizations have very advanced technology thousands of years ago? Because they came from elsewhere. That much is not really a matter of debate. The Sisters believe they came through the Eve Gate, and that seems as likely an explanation as any. Our common genetic root is apparent enough. What is NOT apparent is any set of specifics concerning that common origin. If you're content to label whatever world we originated on "Terra" and its inhabitants "Terrans," then you're on somewhat solid ground. If you're looking, however, to cite "Terran" customs, appearance, technologies, geography, politics, history, or much of anything else with any level of detail, you're working at the level of purest speculation, at best. A common origin is likely. Anyone who claims to know the details, however, is almost certainly fibbing.
And I do not claim to be solid on anything. My religious order is open to all theories of life, this is the one I am behind.
