well this is an amusing thread. i mean it turn from the original topic of why teamwork av i apparently a waste to a pointless argument of nyan sain vs the world. but if u would mind, i would like to make a few inputs of my own and will do so in a modest manner.
anyways i do hv a tanker alt so i do hv a general idea about this av/vehicle balance stuff but feel free to express your opinion on the matter. the situation can be quite a gamble at times during the battlefield and the efficiency of the tank can depend on the blueberrys you fight alongside with and thus the tank may seem op or up but thats usually due to how your infantry allies react to av units and enemy tanks. the same can be said for av, teamwork is essential and dynamic to take down such a behemoth foe but if ur blueberry assault unit does not keep the ground forces busy, you may be targeted. many tried using logi lav to sneak around to the tank and hammer at it with av wich is effective but as i said that takes teamwork. however there is an issue with ppl with swarms moving around so erratically to dodge ur turrets which can be a problem to deal with though i do prefer nullifying their ability to jump or slowing movement wen locking on instead of nerfing their damage at such high levels. a damage dropoff for forgeguns is reasonable as well.
and about nyan sain, i fought them before and their incredibly difficult to deal with. but its not due to their skill but due to incredible teamwork and the infamous zergrush and equipment spam tactic. i dnt remember much lag from them though a had a few below average latency matches but nothing big. i cant say much about the fotm thing since i dnt see the killfeed since im focused on my surroundings and i was mainly nova knifing.
and guys dnt be hating on nyan sain and nyan sain dnt be hating on ppl and saying they suk or watever but if u wanna continue this war go right ahead lol, but such teams can be beaten. u just need to counter various tactics with the right allies and teamwork and it shouldnt be such an issue to deal with. eon can beat them and actually anyone can with the right mindset. but life always have unexpected moments so we shall see how it goes, carry on gentleman
by the way, the "go attack a district if ur so good" excuse is illogical and pathetic since the majority dnt even bother with pc nor its space drama
