I posted this same thing in an earlier post. I watched 5 orbitals fall in less than 2 minutes from both sides and neither side had lost very few clones. I am not calling a nerf on the repper for I use it myself. I think this is a great thing, but once it gets out of hand and proto teams begin to rain 5-6 orbitals and bring h*** unto the redberries redline, we will see QQ and nerf threads.

People already wanna nerf the logi, jealous that their suit is in no way unique they're all built to kill, might as well milk it! You can have a gun that's too powerful in a game or a suit that makes the game really easy and say that can be nerfed but you can't nerf teamwork lol.
However if that's the road they're going they should just put a limit on how many orbitals you can get in a match, 5 or 6 would be fine. |

Upcoming FW/PC changes will put orbitals in the hands of eve players ... anyone capturing the orbital beacon in space, will then be able to continue to rain down orbitals (with somewhere between 30 second and 2 minute delay) as long as they hold the beacon ... this could be the losing merc's eve allliance and the winning ground force could be rained on.
gonna be interesting how well dust players like orbitals then. |
