You dare besmirch the noble Rail Rifle with your filthy Gallente hands? I will kill you (with a rail rifle, mind you) for this treachery.
BTW, if we get a full respec, (as I hope) I will spec out of your Assault Rifles and into Rail Rifles.

You're right. We, as heavies, have the feedback damage decrease.... which is useful to... Lasers. We don't have an effing laser to use it with. Unless we use a... light weapon. In which case, we might as well spec Amarr Assault. Much more useful.
