With the conversion set, Spero Escrow services was able to transfer those funds per request to the Philippines Typhoon Relief project which CCP has generously set up. Kane Spero sent a receipt of the transaction via a screenshot. I vouch for its legitimacy! If you have no intention of making an Eve account you're going to need a 3rd party to store Plex that you purchase from other vendors. As for buying plex, there are many ways you can go about doing that. I remember Silkroad 1.0 had a pretty active 'classified ad' section for purchasing PLEX with Bitcoin.
