Well..... I mean its supposed to be 400$, with it costing a bit more in some parts around Europe. The reason you might find it so expensive now is just supply/demand issues. IDK how high the demand for the PS4 is right now, but I do know that they sold over a million in just a few days so I imagine Sony is struggling to keep up with the demand.

This game is to much of a garbage pile to pay for, or to play for any kind of enjoyment. Do you think anyone would still play this game if it weren't for the fact that it's a buffet for veterans players?
Hanging out with my friends on the game and going into easy games is pretty much the only reason I still play. We don't protostomp, and we lose often enough. Its just something to do until better things come along, aka- PS4.
Buy a PS4, keep your PS3 for DUST if you want. But remember, DUST is 99% likely to never make it on to PS4 before the end of the decade.
1.) ANY OTHER MMO WOULD PROVIDE AN ENVIROMENT AS YOU DESCRIBED ABOVE WHERE IN THE "SKILL GAP IS SO LARGE YOU CAN WIN A MATCH WITH YOUR EYES CLOSED" This game is actually VERY balanced in comparison to almost any other MMO out there. So that's really not an excuse.
2.) This game is free to play. You don't have to pay for it. I hope I don't need to explain that.
3.) If this game was all filled with veteran players, do you really think proto "stomping" would be a thing still? Every match would be lined with proto suits and that just simply isn't the case. Starter fits are an increasingly common thing to see. Hell! I met a dude two days ago who only just downloaded the game, so clearly more then "just veterans" play it.
My point is this. I just don't like your post, and I don't like your portrayed attitude. If you want to get a PS4 then go for it man!
