Even though that's what no-one wants to hear it's the truth... although he does deserve some kind of punishment. Last time some jerkoff pulled something like this, we Logistics players lost Vehicle and Installation rep points.

A man (or woman, or transgendered clone-being) deserves whatever treatment he (or she, or he-she-it) gives. Therefore it is appropriate for the community at large to ostracize and despise you, as you are doing something equally as bad to them. You are devaluing the Black Eagle suit. Everyone getting them through reputable means is feeling slighted by your actions.
