So CCP decided to give vehicle users a respec but not a full respec only a part respec, it means your vehicle skills are refunded back to you and any infantry skills you have you still keep

For me that works out as about 20mil SP refunded

With that i could easily max out any 3 proto suits and the tank needed plus the core and sort out any of the weapons i like and proto stomp till the end of time since its alot cheaper than being a vehicle pilot

For any AV which is knee deep in the AV weapon and its suit, its tough **** CCP has basically said

For any FG they need the heavy suit, some enjoy the FG and if its gets nerfed in 1.7 they may want out but also out of the heavy suit since you need it to wield the weapon, the HMG is sub par in comparision to the AR so that leaves you with no weapons and you stuck in a suit you dont like which will gather dust until it becomes useful again

The SL is normally put on the fave assault suit generally with AV nades, the weapons have changed so they may also want out to put back into another weapon instead or suit

The respec is all one way, currently advantage pilots and we could easily flood into infantry and not bother about vehicles again because we can skill into at least 2/3 proto suits with a proto weapons and mods to boot because that SP is free and we are not forced to spend it into a certain path

So really everyone should get a full respec because some may want to try out vehicles now, they may look at 1.7 and think that finally vehicles maybe useful and fun and not just moving coffins and get out of infantry while players who want out of vehicles get the chance to do just that while the other half have to grind about 10mil more SP so they can get into it because no respec for you

Hell CCP just give everyone as full respec as a early xmas present, i can deal with that
