Word from a Sniper. And i agree everybit of it. The only person who should be able to spot a sniper is another sniper.
To the OP, I will tell you what i have told every other whinebabies that look down upon snipers - you obviously have never seen a good sniper. If that person was good, you wouldn't have spotted him - you wouldn't have kept that spot on Charlie or Delta - or wherever you was. A sniper doesn't stay in one spot - staying stagnet means death - always moving means you can find better vantages and perches to help your team. A true sniper never red-lines, i am actually tired of people accusing every sniper to being a RLer. Only people blueberries do that. Stop whining - you will attract good snipers...and we feed on your tears

I have him on my list, right next to 8213...though the last time i saw 8213 in a match was him on my team 
I'll make sure to ruin him everytime i see him  would like to squad up with another sniper for the added bonus
