So I was in a domination match with a few of my corp mates on the bridge map, and thru out the whole match we held the objective without much resistance. But the opposing team had a thale sniper up in the hills head glitching who kept killing my blueberries So as a logi responsible for my teams well being, I dropped an OB on him. After the match was over he sent me a hate mail telling me how much of a p***y I was. Lol my whole squad laughed. ARed line sniper called me a ***** lol To all you snipers, I can out snipe you with a basic , I don't even have to red line, one shot and most of you panic, I just choose not to. I want to help my team win. You can bring up your KD all u want but the red line is your KD , if it weren't for it , you'd go negative every match. That being said if you counter snipe or snipe inside the combat zone than my props to you for not being a coward. But like I always say, you could have the best sniper in the world on your team, but you will still be a man short.

I always feel deeply complemented when the other team hits me with an orbital. It saves the lives of a bunch of team members and verifies that I'm doing my job well. Sending trashy e-mails is very unsportsmanlike but as you may know, trashy e-mails fill snipers' in boxes daily. Far more than the CQC guys. Again, when I get one I feel deeply complemented. I save the good ones. Counter-sniping with a basic sniper rifle is a challenge and I'm glad you can do it well. But you can't bring down a proto fatty stacked with armor mods with one. What about running targets? Good sniping is more about taking out hard to kill infantry, breaking momentum, hacking, reporting enemy movements and covering objectives than it is about counter-sniping. Unfortunately the red line is a fact. I happen to think that the whole field should be open for play. It would make matches end much faster once a team started to lose badly, though. Do I use the redline? When it is necessary. Do I move outside the redline? I spend most of every game outside the redline. You get more kills that way and it is the best way to avoid counter-snipers.
