IDK that it'll ever mean anything to me ever.
CCP kept the faucets on until the farmers had pasdively accumulated enough ISK to field the equivalent of 200m clone armies equipped in full proto and then changes it so that you make your ISK though killing clones rather than just sitting on a district. This creates a nearly insurmountable uphill battle for anyone trying to get involved post-farming.
Maybe if they do a full PC reset after PC is totally out of beta (since it is obvious that it is still being tested out) yhen it might matter.
Yeah, I said it, **** the farmers.

Yeah, I said it, **** the farmers. That's definitely one of the problems I see with it now lol. Hence they need to start adding some MotherShip type vehicle that cost a ton for the entrenched wealth to slowly level itself back down. Nah, a full PC reset is what is needed, remove all ISK made through PC from whatever Corps/Individuals that made any and reset all Districts back to Unclaimed (the status, not the Alliance). Until all regions are open and claimable, PC is still in the beta stage. When Dust came out of "Beta", CCP forced a reset on us vets so that we wouldn't have an "unfair advantage" over the non-Beta newbs, the same logic should be applied to PC and the Beta (if not Alpha) phase it is obviously still in.
To do otherwise would give the farmers a massive headstart over any others looking to get involved in PC. They'd have vast amounts of ISK with which to gobble up entire regions during the land grab that would occur like before. Beyond thatthey could utilize their bloated numbers to facilitate their land acquisitions during the land grab.
Face it, PC is only for those already involved, providing them with the funds w necessary for protostomping scrubbery (which does little to attract/retain new players necessary for real growth.
PC is little more than a cancer causing the slow death of Dust514

TechMechMeds wrote:What makes pc so **** is that dust mercs control it, not eve. Opening up more regions would just make it an even bigger problem.
Give eve pilots control, let them build surface infrastructure and let us be mercs, reduce those fking carebear timers as well and have eve pilots ferry us, time is dependent on ship travel time and not some childish mummies boy timer and fix lag.
Pc needs to be more about what your actually fighting over as well, for a neckbeard any match matters but for an adult there has to be a reason to put in effort which this game completely lacks at the mo.
Tldr? Tough sht. IDK, I think it would be cool if PI installations on a District determined what sort of District upgrades we could install. If PI installations were directly linked to what we could do with a District, it would force more collaboration with Eve pilots.
Allow Eve pilots to see the Districts on the planets as well as who they were occupied by. When fighting over Districts, we could have multitierd battles capturing the Dust analogues of the PI installations on the District. Have it so that having your PI District occupied gave you benefits on both sides (maybe Eve gets increased output and Dust gets a couple hundred thousand ISK earned Passively, though no more than the equivalent of a pub or two per day per District).
This would increase the connections between games while not forcing Eve pilots to rely 100% on Dust mercs.
