HAVs and DSs never had a blueprint. LAVs did and those were also removed outside the pack purchased or tournament prize ones.
And based on Dust 514's architecture there never was one ever. (where as in eve all objects in existence has a 'blueprint' due to the way their item grouping works)

there was in early chromo, it was quickly removed from themarket for QQ. i know one ofthe super early vets have one. i thing chicago cubs has one ATM.

NO. there was definately a sica and soma BPO, as well as a viper and gorgon BPO. if its avalible to CCP players then it should be avalible to the public. I know the CCP frame, foxfour, and logibro have all BPO's and have every skill in the game, THUS. they can bring a chackram, or sagarius into a pub, but that would bring up what i just proved. raising QQ on WHY WE NO GET THE SAME STUFFS?!?!

They where in the E3 build or dont you remember the "squishship" or "wannabe OB from a tower"? Those vehicles where starter fits just like it was with the starter fit LAV's. It was allways a joy to get a free dropship to move around the map. And in my opinion since LAV collision damage has beeing nerfed into oblivion the starter fit LAV's should return.

No it should not. Starter Vehicles was a mess... Everything has to have price in EVE. BPO should go away in general (and yes, I'm using BPO myself)

only reason they were removed in the first place was due to complaints from proto bears who were standing in the middle of the road and pancaked.
what got them removed was when those same proto bears starting spamming the vehicles.. |

agreed. There where HAV, DS and LAV BPO starter fits in early beta but you could not buy the BPO's for these in the store. When 1.0 hit, all BPO's where taken away and you had to rebuy them. During this time there where no Vehicle BPO's available to purchase, but we received one free BPO LAV, which has been taken away. |

the damn server dosent matter!!! if you copy dust you have a copy of the server. thus your changes affet your client and the damages/prices&everything you want it too. like. i can make a BPO sagarius and roll down any map being god mode.
