I <3 killing Amarr with their own pistols and while I haven't used the Scrambler Rifle since Uprising 1.1, I think it does what it is supposed to against shields though against armor it needs tweaked down.

Joker, I run Matari suits which are mainly Shield/Speed tanked, the times when I do run plates, it still cuts through them as easily as shields. So before you try to say that I've got a biased opinion, please get your facts straight.

You Matari get 1HKO'd by a scrambler anyways to notice any difference XD
Only ones making my weapon overheat in order to kill them are Armor tankers...
I dont need to get my fact right , its the internet. I can talk BS out of my butt.(AKA : Assuming)
But fair enough. XD
I still think that the Scrambler Rifle vs Armor should be like plinking a panzer with a rubberband gun.
