Add a melee bonus to that and see what happens.
CCP, thank you for hotfixing the knives. But please make sure they're at their full potential in 1.7.

I'm not sure how the Gallente Heavy is going to fare with High Slots...the Minmatar Heavy on the other hand may be better suited for melee bonuses and stimulant mods.

I really love how the heavies look more like guardians than gears of war brutes. I may even rock gallente heavy once they come out especially if it keeps that purple lining.
