Strictly features and not content, I would...
-add more connections with Eve. Probably through prioritizing basic industry in Dust and getting the Dust economy to normalize with the Eve economy in preparation to merge them.
-remove the SP cap. |

Game play improvements (being able to see targets at range or on a different height) and I would remove grass for any reason at all.
And all of its useless cousins, at least until we are running on a PC.  |

Remove PC to bring back corp battles
Remove time in battle from ISK payout formula and provide a bonus to winning team... Watch battles become fun again.

I'd like to see a heavy beam laser over those OP IAFGs (or I-F@Gs, as I affectionately call them) or those coward redline rail tankers. I have a bad feeling about the rail rifles as well.

Add (V.S.S.) virtual simulation system for the new guys and remove or tweek the active scanner.
Note: I do not care if I get scanned by one but I just read a thread were these new-berries in academy got stomped because of it. Solution remove it or add longer cooldown time, no 360 scans( make the scanner able to move forward and side to side but turning is not a option).
