They have been around for about a year
They also don't have 2 light weapon slots, the Black Eagle AR is a sidearm weapon

Unfortunately for you, CCP said there will be no more BPOs other than what you already own.
CCP, thank you for hotfixing the knives. But please make sure they're at their full potential in 1.7.

You know, it's funny how they stripped the Black Eagle of its own colors to make it into a copy of another suit.
Then again, CCP has stripped many things of their special coloring as time passed.

I think he just means make it a suit type that you can buy, like a scout or a logi or a sentinel.
It won't happen anytime soon, considering CCP is still trying to wrap their brain around how to implement pilot suits.
