Dumbfire swarms never terribly effective? I guess you weren't here when you had to restart every other game, because everybody was using swarms like it was Halo. The incredible swarm spam was probably a contributing factor to having to restart so often. It's a good thing the dumbfire ability was removed.

Balanced according to infantry means insta-popped by only ADV swarms with no proficiency and maybe 1 damage mod.
