I have been playing this week and keeping an eye on some interesting facts.
Fact 1: If your side is not team stacked the top 5 players will be the only true active players in the game. The rest I am not even sure even exist.
Fact 2: You will be on a proto stomp at some time any time you play, unless you are the one proto stomping.
Fact 3: Your team will most likely disappoint you
Fact 4: Some one will still AFK as 4 or more snipers sit on the same hill and get a combined kill score of 2
Fact 5: The proto stomping team will drop 2 or more Orbitals as they run tank after tank after you for you are foolish enough to try and win the game
Fact 6: How you can tell if your team has a chance of winning is by how many people leave the red line in the first minute of the game and how many uplinks are spammed on the ground.

Fact #7: If I see several blueberries spinning around in a circle, throwin' nades and firing at nothing under the MCC or ground spawn, I will NOT let them ride in my LAV and it WILL be a tough match.... 
Fact #8: (Tied into fact 7) There is a very good chance of determining how good your team will be by the number of blueberries who jump out of the MCC and die. Generally anything over 0 is too much.

Yeah if you are in a squad listen to your comms no matter if there are 1 guy in a protosuit or 15 man qsync squads in protosuits on the red team your squad mates will still cry protostomp if they are losing, be a true protostomp or not.
Protostomp is just becoming a term used no matter what happens just to make you feel your lose was justifiable, and so people can sit and say "If they were not in proto we would have won"

I have 27+ million SP and I am part of an elite corp. I like to run solo a lot and I know this can be a problem. I also have ran a squad of 6 and still lost, why the bottom 10 had a combined 5 kills and very few WP.

Or .. so many games are just protostomps that when the 1/20 game happens it's hard to differentiate it from the 19/20 actual protostomps you've taken part in
If I slapped you on the back of the head 19 times and someone else slapped you on the back of the head once you'd still think it was me because you'd gotten used to me doing it lol

Fact 7: Being at the right place at the right time trying to win will get you gangked at least once a match.

Someone should make a calculator where u can put in # of ppl that leave the red line in first minute and # of uplinks dropped in the first 5minutes and it calculates ur win % chance |

I feel that i would die anyway, if they were in proto or standard...they be scurry man
I only use the term "protostomp" as a term meaning..."i got crushed by a team of full protos...or i just got sh*tted on by AE..."
Most likely it is the AE part lol  they show no mercy..even though i don't expect anyone to show mercy.
