Personally, after I've taken on the roles of mandating PFC, I for one have experienced first hand getting my a$$ handed to me more and more in pubs. I can literally be in a crowd of blueberries and I get singled out.... I won't lie it pisses me off but at the end of the day I get a lot of laughs out of it, especially now just even thinking about it.
But, who are some players you put bounties on and why?
- Love/hate relationship?
- They do you wrong in the past?
- You like burning their ISK?
- Maybe they slept with your wife?
Possibilities are endless, I am interested to see who gets singled out more than me.
Everyone wonders why I am never over a billion ISK, it's cause I lose to much ISK in pubs 
Although I made this thread about the Bounty Game, I myself can say I rarely put bounties on anybodies head unless you send me a 'gg' and I see you next match, everybody knows how much we thoroughly enjoy good ole 'gg' after our pub team getting man-handled.

Exactly, lol.
I really need to start recording more, it's probably one out of every 3-4 games now, getting messages saying something similar. Then when I play against people I am close with in game, they pay out stupid amounts of ISK, something fun to do, that's for sure though!

Lame pub targeting is lame...and being targeted in Pubs is just annoying...unless you stomp them and they send you a message saying they were trying. When people care about you enough to drag you into a match under the pretense of ringing and start TK'ing you. Then you know you're quite the furthest thing from a nonfactor. 
Unlike poor Rampage...who has yet to go positive in a any of the OH v AE matches. Poor kid always has the worst lag. Every. Single. Game. 
But I still love him.

Since the game can get a little boring with the constant grind, The Bounty Game is a good way to keep things interesting in pub matches. It's also really funny to see the players in your squad to just go and hunt that person in matches, especially if they cannot kill them and they get angry from dying
This game needs some more excitement in matches. The Bounty Game is perfect to just let loose a few matches.
But as for your questions, usually I put a bounty on people who I know or who everyone in my squad knows. Lately I have been coming across my old corp more and more (the same players) and been putting a nice bounty on them just because it is fun to do. Nothing personal, just I know I can send them mail afterwards to say GG and they had the bounty
Who knows, next bounty in the match could be you !

As far as actual bounties goes it takes a LOT for me to put that on someone, mainly because I'm a poor f*cker, but I'm racking my brain trying to remember because I know I have put them on heads before.
I think the one I ALWAYS put a bounty on is Bobthe843cakeman, not out of hate but out of love (<3) because he is so god damned hard to kill in that tank! Seoyunn gotcha last time Bob ;-)
There are a lot of people I'll put greater emphasis on killing and encouragement, such as Radar, 13ear, Extacy Cravings... and then some scrubs that I know personally but aren't worth a mention. You know who you are.

We put bounties on almost every corp member we see on the other side. Who it is depends on how much the bounty is... Isk or Phoenix usually command about 1mil isk a kill. F authority! lol

It's nothing personal really. Most times I see "vets" and famous forum people I place fun bets on their head. For example, if I happen to have a full squad and we run into you Kujo, I may place a 1 million bounty per Kujo head a squad mate bags. Also, regardless of a bounty, I've seen squad mates see 13ear and go after him lol.
I remember the first time I went against GJR. It was an ambush and he set up a little troll outpost for murdering stupid blueberries. So I payed him a little visit it was back and forth. Could I have killed several stupid red berries? Sure but it's more fun singling out vets and trying to go toe to toe. Most times is just to prove something to myself or maybe even them. Went up against Heimdallr69 once...bad experience :( I won't make excuses for my scrubness against that beast.
Regardless of bounty , in all honesty, as soon as people see the DJINN they go after that. It's like dog tags in BF.

I rarely look at who I am facing outside of PC or FW (you got the war barge, so might as well use it)... Once I see a name that I recognize I may switch out of BPO to fight against them, but that depends heavily on my desire to get mail after the game... Which I never do... :( ;.;
ETA: this weekend, I was mailed "skitching cheating bastard corp!" that made my night... But anyways, instead of bounties, I spend my money on better suits to give the proto-only pubstompers without real game a fun time. But if I send out a 'gg' I honestly mean it... I am not passive-aggressive enough to mean anything else. |

I like to put bounties on corpmates in awoxed PC's. Coin got kicked from a game because he refused to spawn after I put a 5mil bounty on that sexy ass of his.

I have one on CBJ and one for each of our Directors.
Bounty on CBJ: If a GEN member kills him thats 500k per kill or else it's 250k/kill, if they are creative somehow then it's 1 mil per kill. ie: Land a dropship on him when he is using gatsun forge from rooftops. Call in a LAV on him and so on lol
Bounty on GEN Directors: Kill them and T-bag them successfully and it'll be 250K

I'm not going to lie i have completed many hits on all the big names most i got paid was to take out Cubs. But it was all in good fun i never went out of my way to kill people just when i seen them i put um down. What it was more about was attacking the best players in the game and testing my gun game i found it was the only way to get better. When i was in hellstorm Kujo you did have a hit on your head for a reason but it was more about respect for you top players and testing our skill.

We do this a lot in D-Uni...Mainly when we see other D-Uni guys on the other side. We also set up tasks like. 1 mil payout to the squad if we take the objective in Dom matches and never let it get hacked. That or, they have to kill a certain player in a certain way. Like a grenade kill, road kill, or remote explosive kill.

I enjoy killing anyone I know will send me hatemail. Basically anyone wearing proto gear in pubs is likely to get upset when they get dumped on. Lordchaos QC sent me a nice one a while back, as well as some guy talking about how I would be trash if I didn't use a duvolle, though I use scrambler rifle more often. |

i like puting bounties on anyone that was in zion around the time I joined. Specially Skipper, GBN, 1st leut. tib, and Derek Barnes. its just fun, nothing out of hate. I remember on saturday when i found GJR in a pub match. I made it my mission to kill him with my smg every time i saw him

I only play this kinda head huntin game vs alldin and reggie. We put attack orders on their heads and get plenty of lols knowing they rage on the other side.
