Dear CCP,
I hope there won't be a respec with 1.7. You said you were done with respecs it is important you stick to that. Anything less will encourage this "I need a respec because I messed up or want to change" QQ that is a totally short sighted perspective on the issue.
Remember to tell players that every skill is useful or will be useful. They should think of their mistakes or dead ends as an investment in the future.
Sincerely Kaethis

Sincerely Kaethis Soooo lack of racial content, that I really wanted to spec into is me QQing and being short sighted?
All the skills you have don't get in the way of you skilling into something else when it becomes available. I'm sure you have plenty of banked sp at this point and will just go full proto into the gear you've been dreaming of once it is released. I know I'm sitting on 2 million sp at this point just waiting for more gear I'm interested in.
Once you've skilled into that other gear you'll be able to supplement it with the skills you already have. This means that your current skills will make you a stronger player who is able to perform well in a greater variety of situations.
In short, yes. Your complaining about wanting to devote all your skills into a racial variant is short sighted.
Before you start Marauder we all know you have poop loads of sp so if your not banking it now that you've proto-ed out all your main focus' skills its no ones fault but your own.

He probably also thinks vehicle users shouldn't get any form of respec as they should've predicted that the vehicles would be completely reworked and certain vehicles removed too lol
No I think vehicle users should get a refund for the skills they have that no longer exist once 1.7 hits.

Sincerely Kaethis They didn't say that they're done with Respecs & I've talked to them about it & this is what they said: "Hi, Unfortunately the skill point respec was a one-time only offer and no plans has been made about a second one. I suggest you to keep an eye on the official channels such as Forum and Website, for further information. Should you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us again."
Actually they did. Right after the optional respec giving at the beginning of uprising their was a dev post about how there would never be a respect given again. I'd search for it but it would take to darn long with all the similarly themed posts. You're welcome to look for it if you have the time to do so.

Sincerely Kaethis Soooo lack of racial content, that I really wanted to spec into is me QQing and being short sighted? Yes you noob. Your Amarr; we all know that you had been informed of the visions. Just because you decided to not use your knowledge of the future and chose to squander what you had on the 'now' does not mean you are entitled to a respec. Damn these young upstarts! This response is so stupid I walked into a wall reading it, while sitting down, outside, in a field.
This is a failure of the forum role-player to understand that he seems really stupid when he tries to argue in character. Its not funny in this case either.

Sincerely Kaethis they are removing aspects entirely from the game most characters with sp spent in vehicles will have a partial respec
Yes and as I stated in an earlier posting in this tread I agree with this since the skills players invested in are being removed. They aren't really getting a respec in this case but a refunding of the skills that are no longer present.
