DUST Search - Whats the line between Cheating, Glitches and Skilled game play?

(i giv SCr a slight pass because that first charged shot can ruin your day) Does proficiency 5 plus complex damage mods turn toxin rounds into shotgun shells?

I'm not asking for a buff this nerf that, muh hp, muh gun game, just what do you think has brought this on in 1.6

It's really weird, but honestly, I don't find it game breaking like others state.

Skilled Gameplay= No one has it because they're doing one of the above^^ I've only ever accused one person of "glitching" and that is because I know for a fact he was using the melee glitch. I heard him pounding on my shields 3 times in less than a second :/ I will admit that there are plenty of people that are skilled and that are better than me. ö/\ö :D

There isn't anything wrong with damage mods. They are there to give you options. Currently, the TTK doesn't leave you with many options.
