Add in that the Caldari use shields and are therefore (usually) faster than Gallente, but also easier to "see". And we use our shields as our primary defensive measure, meaning if we get hit, we try to run away, instead of standing toe-to-toe. Because we use shields and are thus faster, we usually escape, unless we get caught in the open.
We're in the back, providing supporting fire, because we know the frontline is not made for us. We use our native speed to get right up on top of you or to get to a better long range position faster. With our passive regen, we actually can take a couple of shots, hide, get our shields back and go at it again, before you even touch our armor.

Call:weapons either do massive damage over long range or short, mid range is not their freinds. Nanohives suggests their weapons all have low ammo compaired to others.
Amarr (ian scum): Long range domination with devistating weapons means crap suits compaired to all other races, drop uplink suggests they expect to die at some point due to said crap suits.
(Win) Matari: Focus on speed and balenced suits compaired to others use of explosives and projectile weapons to hammer the hostiles or take them down quickly with DA DAKKA, best bonuses in the game to counter suits not truly being the best. They do however seem to be the best choice for logistics work, the rep tool suggesting they'd rather keep soldiers alive then have them respawn or be picked up.
Gall: The brawlers tanked to take on any infantry their high rof high ammo caped weapons most likely mean they're focused on infantry decimation, AV seems subpar but that may be because they don't need powerfull AV due to their devistating tanks, scanners and drones (SOONtm) help locate and decimate hostile infantry.
And yes I realize there's not much on Amarr and caldari, I'm not a fan of either.
Anyway: thoughts? Would love to have drones hovering around my head if they ever come in, my Gal suit is ready for omnivision. Three letters here: EMP. There are EMP orbitals that take the shields off of dropsuits, just modify it so it fries drones, too.
