 Similar to the EVE Online Marauder bastion module, this module increases accuracy, damage, repair rate and HP of the user, at the cost of speed.
 Activated through the equipment wheel.
 When in activation delay, the penalties are applied without the bonuses.
 When the module is active, the heavy glows brightly, and there is a sound that gets louder as you get near.
