Since the day I bought the Elite Pack for $100.00 have a picture here of when I purchased the package. (05/19/2013) this year after uprising after they "fixed-it" becasue people had "too much money" (more like committed theft of high levels accounts as well as fraud to regulated how much money people can have on a video game)
any who I just wanted to start a movement to bring the awareness of this matter that has not been refunded and have also been told to start a ticket, and then when a gm gets to you go someplace else to talk with someone else who directs you to another person who directed you to this forum....wow 5 star customer service....
There are many people who are very mad about this but since its a sour subject... I'll just bring up an unturned stone over a video game i spent $100.00 on because once and still believe in the product until I get a full refund of whats been stolen from me and so my fellow gamers or "mercenaries" as we like to pretend. Just give us our money back so we don't have to make this a fun ride for us....thank you for your consideration of making your customers satisfied for once by following them EVERY and I mean EVERY step of the way! |

Shut up dude. Dropship Captain has claimed aur, isk, and sp were taken from his account probably because of a glitch and the GMS have failed to resolve the problem. This is unacceptable because he spent 100 dollars on his puchace, this is what I got from it at least when talking to him in game. Your comment is unhelpful to the situation, I guess I will just take 100 dollars from you that you spent on a without delivering the items and when you get mad post a prick comment on your thread

good thing it didn't happen to you becasue i guess you would allow a business corporation to walk on you and you wouldn't use your freedom of speech to warn people of what could happen to them. |

well im sorry you didn't have theft by deception happen to you maybe if it happened to you maybe you would speak out no?

I can see what you mean, OP. I haven't had the issue at all myself, but I was there when it all went a bit crazy. Now pardon me if I have to ask you a series of 20 questions so that the readers here can get a better understanding of what's going on.
1. On 19th of May earlier this year, did you file a petition to have your account RESET* to have your merc pack refunded or did you opt to keep your SP and ISK but not get your merc pack refunded?
2. If you opted for the second option, did you also decide to petition to have your account RESPECCED* ?
* - RESET and RESPEC are two different things. Reset means your accounts gets wiped out back to zero as if you're starting over but you get your merc pack refunded to you. Respec only means that you keep your account but you asked for a chance to rearrange your SP (no refund of merc packs however).
3. Can you please post a little more detail about what exactly happened and how it happened step by step if you can?
EDIT:
I forgot to mention that the final day to ask for a respec or a refund was April 29th I believe.

I think there is a good deal of information that is missing for those of us that are reading to draw a conclusion as to what has happened.
However in general i will agree CCP's customer service is much like their ideals in EVE of basically harden up. Which is CRAP when dealing with customer care / customer service issue. I guess that is how business is done over there in Iceland. Glad i don't live there if this is common place. |

Iceland is actually a nice place from what I read about it. Did you know that Iceland is the only nation in the world that DIDN'T bail out their banks and instead threw the executives into jail for what they did? Did you also know that because of the prosecutions, the Icelandic economy recovered faster than that of even the United States and European Union combined despite letting their own economy tank for a moment?
