What role do you play?
Now what would you say are the requirements someone would have to meet before being one of said role?
If they met said requirements would you consider them part of said role?
Along with that, what would you say needs to happen before someone can have an accurate opinion on said role?

Hugged a supply depot and kept swapping fits as needed, help held off a massive attempt on C first the LAVs swarmed us and we had to start blowing them up, the foot infantry remaining had to be mopped up and went assault, then the took the ridge with snipers overlooking the socket and took out the sniper and laser fits to burn them down then swapped back to my shock fit and rushed the cliff and took out their drop uplinks and non snipers up there.
Didn't have time to play logibro to heptic >< Awesome, so there is more than one person in this game who skilled into everything :D
I though I was just an odd one in the bunch

Ludvig Enraga wrote:I am confused by the OP. What do you mean by 'role' - diff ppl mean diff things when they say it. I think a better question would have been what suit and weapon you play. Because those terms are real. Now compare this with roles. For example, you would often hear a 'logi role' which is misleading because it assumes that there is a play style that is attached to a suit which is not the case. Consider this: logi is a suit that can accommodates almost any play style; while, for example, scout fails just about any attempt of ppl using it. By extension there are no such things as 'logi role' and 'scout role'. I put role instead of suit and weapons to broaden the possible responses
For example, my role is 'Slayer Logi'
Or; My suit and weapons is Logistics and Duvolle Assault Rifles
By using role instead of suits and weapons people are able to (and will most likely want to) go into detail about their actions on the battlefield; as opposed to giving me a stale, dull, and straightforward statistic.

Aria Gomes wrote:Support Assault
You have to be unselfish. Not every kill is yours. You're there to support and kill at the same time. Drop uplinks in good areas for others to get the objectives quick. Don't be afraid to switch to your other suit to scan if you need to. Support Assaults arrn't just killing machines. Sometimes we gotta throw an uplink next to us if we know it's getting hectic.
The other night I was in FW, me against 4. I took out 2 but more came because they had the objective plus an uplink next to them. I had no nanohives and just 1 uplink left. I toss it next to me and kept shooting enemies & hiding behind cover. A minute later 3 blueberries appeared to help. Nanohives next to us and grenades falling. Was pretty awesome.
Before becoming a Support Assault, you gotta know that you can't just rush in. Take your time and look around and behind you. Look around the corner before running past it sometimes. I know we don't have that mechanic but you can fake it. :P You mean logistics?
