how is it that the caldari HAV is so god damned inferior to the gallente hav >:C ,1 example , i ambushed a madrugar railtank with a gunnlogi missile tank i blam blam the guy and he puts it into reverse rams my tank and blows me up.....3900 shields 1200 armor ..... from a HAV which is already half dead? seriously ccp this is crap you need to reduce ram damage , ramming with a madrugar is a massive advantage!! , also the gallente HAV has HUGE advantages in speed and manouverability i cant explain how or why but ive tested it many times the gallente HAV just seem to go faster !! the speeds are the same on flat ground but as soon as a gunnlogi hits uneven ground it feels like im driving with 2 horse power even with speed mods driving over uneven ground is very difficult and makes outmaneuvering your opponent pretty mutch impposible! also the madrugar turret can aim lower another advantage! , i dont meen to sound like a whiny tanker but come on ccp every time i use caldari HAV the game reminds me that there **** vs gallente versions.
