Well I can say now after dealing with them on many occasions, that the reason they do not provide us with real time tracking on the events we do is because they do not want proof that they keep cheating their members out of promised rewards earned.
I have played almost every event and I have to almost always send in a ticket to get my rewards. They always say GÇ£You did not meet the minimum requirementsGÇ¥ and then when I tell them what my paper tracking says and push it up the ladder after many weeks they sometimes finally look at the record and award me what they should have in the first place. I have even had them outright lie to me that they looked it up and then weeks later they GÇ£foundGÇ¥ other records that supported my paper records.
We the players need to take a stand on this!
We put up with crummy programing, glitches, equipment stat changes that waste our SP, why do we need to put up with them ripping us off after we grind out an event?
Post here and lets gather support to show CCP that they need to provide real time tracking for any stats they use to award rewards for events!

Lets see that will happen in ohhh 2080, in the mean time they are wasting untold hours of resources responding to people who have been cheated out of their rewards because CCP can not write scrip correctly, and have to then look up game stats and respond to people. In case you have not noticed or are one of the luck few who do not have problems they have implemented a new policy of deny deny deny because it saves time.
What does this do for the game? Nothing people are upset about the quality of the game, all of the problems and the constant modifications that impact equipment and game play to the negative. Does CCP really need one more issue? Any experienced programmer can implement this in a day or less and then they would free up customer support resources and win favor with their player base.
So in summary since the "full gamut of weapons..." won't be implemented anytime soon, yes I think this is more important since it is 1 day at most of programming and the benifits pay for themselves with dividens the very next event. |

Maybe, we all know that they don't implement proper testing before releasing stuff nor do they fix simple things like the under ground turrets (my pet pev, my first job was as a programmer and moved up to system designer and management) What passes for software products now days and the lack of pride is astounding. |

Not wanting negativity, wanting people to vote with a post that they want CCP to implement this, but no one could blame people for being a little negative when they play a game that has so much potential and then they get screwed.
Personally I am tired of playing events only to have to fight with CCP to get them to award me what I earned. |

Oh the pain of fighting for our rewards!
To grind out a reward and have to keep track of it on paper and then fight with ccp for the reward, to be told over and over " You did not make enough xx to get the reward."
Ask them to provide the logs and then some else responds "Ops you were right, sorry for taking up a month to give you your reward."
Oh the frustration,, the lying .... Just implement in game tracking!!!!!
NEVER BELIEVE THEM IF YOU CAN PROVE YOUR WINS!
KEEP PAPER RECORDS!
DEMAND YOUR REWARD! (nicely) |
