We have seen many months of debate and discussion and yet there is still no clear charter for the CPM. Please either give us a charter or disband them. They do not represent us, they are your sampling CCP by your choice and although you have many great ideas perhaps an Election of CPM members is in order. Give us the freedom to chose who to represent our interests or do away with them.

A year is really quite a long time to negotiate a how one party is to communicate with another though. My personal opinion is just that, but you may be right. This is feedback on the recent announcement and is hopefully going to be at least looked at by someone who is in charge of such things.

I apologize if I have offended anyone due to my concern for this charter. I know some of my words have been harsh on the subject. I feel that this is needed, and that the time it has taken is excessive.

Heh, I remember when IWS was literally the only person who told us what was going on at CCP.
We demanded more info, and CPM got CCP to let out more info.
A CPM we want would be cool, but "these people don't represent what we want" is a bit of a stretch.

If I were a betting man I would bet that you missed the point, some of the topics they have commented on have been quite in line with what my assessments have been but they are not at this point chosen representatives. Just because someone agrees with you doesn't mean they represent you. I find that I have more of an issue with the lack of the documents it was announced that they would be primarily working on and less a representative issue.
We demanded more info, that doesn't mean that the CPM was instrumental in that, it just means CCP decided to release the info to us be it through the CPM or through the Devs.
I appreciate that they were put in the positions they now hold by CCP because they felt it would be best if they were there but look at the lack of a voting process as a missed step. Most likely only about a third of the Community would even vote on the CPM election anyways unless it were held on the PS3.
