What do you ladies and gents consider reasonable when it comes to recruitment standards e.g Requirements that specify a minimum amount of skill points you need or a minimum kill/death ratio to join someone's corporation.
I am just "fine" (Fudged up, Irrational, Narcissistic and Emotional).

50.00 k/d, 30,000,000 SP.
Seems legit.
If you think Plasma Rifles take skill to use and are fine as they are, you are the problem.

Voicecomms and teamwork oriented, and not a jackass, everyone has to get along with you.
Officers are RL contacts only (Old Eve precaution, significantly less risk when you know people personally through RL for multiple reasons).
I'm easy. *shrugs*
There is just as much use for cannonfodder who farm isk as there is for dangerous veterans in a corp.

Not too bothered about KDR or SP if the recruit is willing to learn and listen to orders.

Since this game really isn't about KDR, as a recruitment officer I am paying more and more attention to war points compared to skill points.
War ponts measure someone's actual contribution to the war effort more thn simple KDR. KDR has value too but all three of those numbers are clues to the effort the player makes.
But then our CEO made a point that I admire too, that we recruit the person, not the player. Maturity isn't measured in a game number, but it's definitely a helpful attribute. |

To me, you have to be careful with basing on WPs or your entire Corp will be a bunch of Logis...And not the slayer kind.
Too many roles do not get rewarded..a heavy that actually defends objectives, sniper that relays information, a scout willing to flank, a RE/Proxy user, and many more.
Play with the guy and see what he does and work from there. Most important thing to me is willing to play tactically in a squad. |

You want to recruit? Get super cool with the Dust forum regulars around here. The circle jerk listens to those within their own circles and completely ostracize the others. Once the forum accept you, they will accept you. Basterds |

Set a sp limit to 3 to 5 mil minimum to get in. Don't put tax above 15 percent and pretty much what everybody else said

Unless you are a former corp leader or high ranking officer (Someone who already knows his sh*t when it comes to running corps) never start your corp with a KDR or SP requirement. You will find it hard to recruit in the first place as a new corp leader you do not want put down KDR restrictions to stop you. A mic and age limit is a good restriction, you do not want your new members to feel like anyone can get in. If you have a group of 20 years olds they generally will not be okay with wanting to play with a 12 year old from the corp.
You first need to lay down a foundation there is no minimum number of members, just speak with your guys when you feel right see how they feel about adding requirements to join. Do not give our your corp roles to anyone, if you give out corp roles make sure that person is doing his job.
