I have proto scrambler rifle, assault rifle, sub machine gun, and I just got proto shotgun. What next? I'm best with these weapons, so I'm stopping the proto weapons. So should I get level 4 in electronics and engineering, save for the rail rifle, or skill into kin cats?

Save for the Combat or Rail rifle, get it to prof. 5 and cry when it gets nerfed the next week.
