2 million unallocated skillpoints.

I have a million saved for getting combat rifle to proficiency 3 once it comes out...but what about the other million? I can spend it on: -Hacking 5 (700k) -Scrambler Rifle Proficiency 5 (700k) -Active Scanner 5 (500k) -Biotics 5 (300k) -Kin Cats 5 (1 million) -Part of the way to an advanced assault fitting (probably Caldari for shields or Amarr for bonus to scrambler) All of my cores are at 5 besides biotics and hacking, all equipment except scanners, and I have 4 weapons at level 3+ proficiency (HMG, Forge, Scrambler, Mass Driver). What's your opinion? Should I not waste my points on the Combat Rifle and spend it somewhere else? Should I go more diverse and unlock a bunch of std suits/weapons for diversity? My role i am currently in is pretty perfect in all ways, i also got 2m saved, no idea what to do with them....prolly max out the rail rifle or get me a logi suit for giggles.
